Picking a survivor decides two things: the weapon you open with, and the stat curve you ride for the next thirty minutes. Antonio starts with the Whip and gains damage every ten levels, the cleanest thing in the game to learn on. Imelda costs 10 gold and pays it back by hauling you up the level milestones that unlock the next stage. Every entry here shows the starting weapon, the stats that differ from a default survivor, and what each level-up adds, sparing you 19 rows that all just say “1”.
A survivor carries two separate things, and they’re easy to confuse. The starting stats are what you have at minute zero (Max Health, Might, Area, Cooldown, and so on), where most values are multipliers and 1 is the default. The level-up bonuses are what gets added as you climb, and those compound into far more than the starting numbers suggest. Every stat listed on an entry here is a difference from a default survivor, so a blank list genuinely means standard. Some characters also warm up rather than start strong, opening with a heavy penalty that decays away over the first few levels.
Two survivors cost nothing, 32 are bought with gold from character select, and 22 arrive through a secret instead of a shop. The gold ones are the simple path, and the prices climb steeply toward the end of the list. The secret ones need a typed code, a coffin found on a stage, or an achievement earned, and each entry links to the page that explains which. Queen Sigma sits outside all of it: her price reads as zero because she isn’t for sale, she’s what finishing the Collection gets you.
